CBK accepts returns of purchased items 7 days from the invoice date IF FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE. Supporting documents and other proof will be requested in order to validate the customer’s claim.
Terms and Conditions:
- Item must be returned in its original packaging. Pouches, wraps, accessories, certificates, warranty cards, manuals, freebies, bundled items, and original box should all be included.
- Item should still be in its original state and not altered. Wiring kits should be intact and not dislodged from the holders.
- For items with serial numbers, the serial number should not have been tampered and must be intact.
- For items with manufacturer or factory seal, the seal must not be broken and still intact.
- Shouldering of Shipping Fee will depend on the status of the returned item.
We strive to ensure that product descriptions and inclusions are correct. Please do take note that for these reasons, returns cannot be accepted.
- Change of mind Replace with another item or the same item with different description
- Item not in original packing condition or lacking accessories
- Defect / damage due to customer mishandling, neglect, or ignorance
- Misused, Tampered, used and abused

CBK shall not be liable for hidden defects if the item is not returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
CBK applies the manufacturer’s warranty for all items. All product- related issues would be dealt with the manufacturer. CBK will provide assistance and act as an intermediary between the customer and the manufacturer.
If item is recognized and validated by the manufacturer as a defective product, CBK will either:

- If the problem is beyond repair, a replacement will be issued. Necessary shipping fees may apply. Subject to terms and conditions of the manufacturer.
- If there are no more existing products of the same type, a refund maybe issued (subject to terms and conditions of the manufacturer).
