We inspect every product we dispatch to ensure the packaging can withstand transit conditions. However, in the unfortunate event that the item you received is not in the best condition expected, you are required to report to email@example.com with supporting photos or videos; a brief description of your concern; date of delivery, product material code; unit quantity; sales invoice reference number; order number; customer contact number; and customer delivery address.
We reserve the right to ask for more supporting photos to aid a quicker conclusion to our investigation. We may also request the return of the damaged unit for further observation by our service technicians. If the delivery address is outside Metro Manila, the customer must shoulder the damaged unit's shipping fee back to the Co Ban Kiat Hardware office.
Our standard warranty policy applies to all the products that we sell online. We offer a seven (7) days replacement warranty provided that the customer returns the damaged item in the original packaging and the product seal has not been broken. Day 1 starts on the day of delivery.
Products with motorized parts are covered by six months local supplier warranty provided that the customer can present the original sales invoice for the product.
