We inspect every product that we dispatch to ensure that the packaging can withstand transit conditions. However, in the unfortunate event that the item you received is not in the best condition expected, you are required to report to email@example.com with supporting photos or videos; brief description of your concern; date of delivery, product material code; unit quantity; sales invoice reference number; order number; customer contact number; and customer delivery address.
We reserve the right to ask for more supporting photos to aid quicker conclusion to our investigation. We may also request the return of damaged unit for further observation of our service technicians. If delivery address is outside Metro Manila, customer must shoulder the shipping fee of the damaged unit back to Co Ban Kiat Hardware office.
Our standard warranty policy applies to all the products that we sell online. We offer seven (7) days replacement warranty provided that the customer returns the damaged item in original packaging and the product seal has not been broken. Day 1 starts on the day of delivery.
Products with motorized parts are covered by six months local supplier warranty provided that the customer can present original sales invoice of the product.
